Mobile apps are being used in virtually every industry by a variety of different end users and customers. They are becoming one of the most widely-used ways customers are interacting with companies and with each other – but their experiences with these apps can strongly impact how they will be used in the future, if they’ll even use it at all. A bad mobile app experience can make or break companies; we’ve all stopped using or even uninstalled apps that we can’t figure out, are frustrating, or are not intuitive. We need to test these apps fully, to keep our customers and end users with a pain-free experience. Testers often don’t have the resources, guidance, standardized tools or testing processes to test native apps.
