Collaborate and Conquer -Testing in Component Based Scaled Agile Programs

In this session I will cover Quality Assurance strategies for Scaled Agile delivery in enterprises that have component-based architecture. I will examine real-life examples from the Telecommunication industry to help illustrate specific concepts.

The 60-minute session is structured as follows:

0:00 ice breaker: Activity / game that emphasizes collaboration. Participants are split into teams. Each team has a goal. The final outcome of the activity is that only through collaboration , the teams will be able to conquer the challenge.
0:15 Introduction: Elaborating the challenge of Quality Assurance in Component based scaled Agile using an example
0:25 Defining System level acceptance test scenarios that will be the basis of integration testing
0:35 Driving Component level acceptance test scenarios that will be the basis of testing done by component scrum teams
0:45 Collaboration between integration test team and scrum teams to align testing of components and deliveries to integration test
