This information will help you, as a sponsor, prepare your team for the Sponsor Showcase at the upcoming fall conference in Dallas.
|All conference activities will take place at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, September 19-22, 2016. The Sponsor Showcase and Expo will take place on Wednesday, September 21st, 2016, from 5:30-7:30pm CST in the Austin Ballroom.|
|As STPCon Fall 2016 Sponsors, you will receive a complimentary Main Conference Pass(es) (non-transferable) for STPCon Package B (September 21-22). Silver = 1; Gold = 2; Platinum = 4. Please note the registration does not include pre-conference workshops. You can attend a pre-conference workshop day for a discounted rate of $300 or $500 for both workshop days. If you plan on staying at Sheraton Dallas Hotel, make sure to mention that you are staying for STPCon. A special discounted rate of $209 per night has been reserved for conference participants.

The conference rate will be available until Monday, August 29th OR until rooms sell out. Don’t miss your opportunity to stay at the conference hotel!
|As a sponsor, each vendor will receive a 10’x8′ booth area with pipe and drape. Each booth includes a 6′ draped table and 5amp power drop.
If you need any extra equipment for your booth, such as TV monitors, speakers, wired internet, etc., you will need to order those items directly from PSAV by filling out the 2016 PSAV EXHIBIT POWER EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM.
Sending booth materials? Make sure to address your booth packages to a representative who will be on site and able to pick them up from shipping & receiving on the day of the Expo. Also, be sure to include “STPCon” on the subject line so it will make it easier for the hotel to find all of the booth packages. Make sure your booth packages arrive at the hotel no later than Tuesday, September 20th. This is to ensure the packages are ready to be picked up from shipping & receiving on Wednesday for the Expo.
Be sure to pack up your booth materials at the end of the Sponsor Showcase & Expo, and mark it with the necessary packing slips in order to ship them where they need to go. STP staff will be around to assist you with packing and to ensure they are marked correctly, but STP is not responsible for your packages and/or booth materials.
|Want to give the STPCon attendees something to take home to remember you? STPCon hands out conference bags to each attendee and speaker, which is a great way to make an impression on them. We invite you to promote your company with a flyer that explains your new product or service, or a small goody with your logo on it that the attendees can use every day such as pens, USB sticks, car chargers, etc.
If you plan on participating in the Sponsor Bag Drop, please be sure to notify James ahead of time that you will be sending something to be included in the conference bag. Make sure to address any packages that contain bag drop materials to “James Stinar, STPCon” and the packages need to arrive to the hotel No later than Friday, September 16th in order for the materials to be included in the conference bags.
|During the Sponsor Showcase & Expo, the attendees will be collecting raffle tickets from each participating sponsor booth to be included in the drawing for that booth’s prize giveaway. Prizes often include bluetooth speakers, kindles, iPads, drones, Amazon gift cards, and more. Please let James know if you plan on participating in the Sponsor Prize Giveaway and we can help promote your sponsor booth and prize. The raffle for the prizes will take place at the end of the Sponsor Showcase & Expo and the winner must be present to win!|
|All conference badges will be equipped with QR Codes that will contain attendee contact information so you can capture any leads that stop by your booth. You can use any QR/Bar code scanner or smartphone to scan the QR Codes and store the information. Note: The conference list will NOT be given out at the end of the conference.
Each of your booth representatives will need a conference badge to be allowed into the Sponsor Showcase & Expo area. Therefore, we will need the First & Last name, Title, Company, City/State, and Email for each booth representative.
If you plan on using your complimentary Main Conference Pass(es) included with your sponsorship, please notify James and make sure to forward the necessary information needed in order to register your representative. Please send their First & Last Name, Title, Company, Address, Phone Number, & Email. The conference badges for both the booth reps and the conference attendee(s) can be picked up from the STPCon Registration Desk.
